11.Why don't you free yourself?
- Lie on your bed, close your eyes and put your arms comfortably by your side with your palms up.
- Breath naturally while you are gently exhaling, imagine that your stress is ebbing out from head to toe through your body.
Keep your body very relaxed and try to not tense any of your muscles. This can help you to feel better even if you can only do it for a minute or two.

The ear has more than 100 acupuncture points.When your eyes hurt and you have a headache or backache during work, you should pull on the top of each ear gently, moving them up and down. Also, why not try rotating your ears in a circular motion with your hands.Doing this exercise for 3 minutes is enough to improve your blood circulation and make you feel better.
13.Wash away the stress.

15.Practice abdominal breathing.
- Lie on your back in bed.
- Join your hands on your stomach.
- From your stomach exhale slowly for a count of 5.
- Inhale slowly for a count of 5.
You need to feel your stomach rising and falling.(don't just breathe with your chest)
It is important to focus on your breathing. Before you know it, you will fall into a peaceful sleep.
16.Warm stone massage.
- Put them into boiling water and let them simmer for 15 minutes.
- Take them out with a ladle and put them on a towel.
- When they are cool enough to handle, apply eucalyptus oil to the 8 smaller stones, and apply jojoba oil to the 2 larger stones.
- Place the small stones between each toe on both feet.
- Holding 1 of the larger stones in each hand, rub them up leg from your foot (instep), along the shin and top of the thigh up to your hip.
Then rub again from the side of your foot, the side of your calves and up your thighs. Repeat on the other leg.
This will relieve your stress and make you feel better.
17.Simple Meditation!
- Sit on the floor in a quiet room, and close your eyes.
- Inhale slowly, and exhale slowly while saying "I feel relaxed".
- After each exhalation, hold for 3 seconds before inhaling. After each inhalation, hold for 3 seconds before exhaling. Continue sitting in a relaxed position and breathing like this for 10 minutes.
When you have done that, stay seated with your eyes closed and breathe normally. Try to keep your mind empty for one or two minutes before you open your eyes and you will feel calm & relaxed.

- On the bridge of your nose near the corner of each eye.
- On the ridge above each eye.
- Slightly between each eye and the eye ridge.
- On each side of the nasal bone.
- The small pit on your nasal aperture.
- Below the curve of your cheek bones.

- Imagine that you are holding a 20 inch rope.
- Picture yourself tying a knot in the middle of the imaginary rope and untying it in your mind.
- Repeat this 4 or 5 times.
20.Do you have difficulty falling asleep?
- Lie down and put the tip of your index finger on your breastbone, above your heart.
- Rub your breastbone rapidly using a short motion.
- Try to rub 100 times per minute if that's not too much!
